What the form stores

Your email, message, optional timing and the project or selection you are asking about. These details are used to respond to your request and discuss a potential collaboration, including steps you request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other correspondence and spam prevention rely on the legitimate interest in responding to messages and protecting this website (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the password-protected administration on Active24 hosting. An email notification may also be sent to the site owner. The usual retention period is 12 months; details needed for an agreed collaboration may be kept separately for that purpose.

Cookies and security

The form uses a necessary session cookie to protect submissions. A short-lived, pseudonymous identifier helps limit spam. This website does not use advertising trackers.
